Carnal is a chef-founded premium meat snack company in Bellingham, Washington. Its three founding chefs — James, Aaron, and Sean — spent 30 combined years in Michelin-starred New York kitchens, including Eleven Madison Park, The NoMad, and Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare, before Esquire named their Carnal restaurant one of the 50 Best New Restaurants in America.
